Meridian takes South Division match from Lady Bears

The Lady Bears dropped a 5-0 South division contest to the visiting Meridian Lady Eagles Friday afternoon.
 
Meridian (2-4-1, 1-3) scored the only goal they would need at 13:48 of the first half. They held a 4-0 lead at the intermission.
 
The Lady Bears (0-6-1, 0-3-1) return to action on September 17 when they travel to Raymond for a non-division match against Hinds. Kickoff is set for 5:00.
