Holmes wins 1-0 decision over Lady Bears

The Southwest Lady Bears dropped a tough 1-0 decision to the home standing Holmes Lady Bulldogs Tuesday afternoon in Ridgeland. Sarah Donahoo scored the only goal of the game in the 52nd minute.
 
The Lady Bears slipped to 1-2 on the season while Holmes moved to 2-0. Jennifer Solis had nine saves in goal for the Lady Bears.
 
They begin the South Division portion of their schedule Friday night when they visit the Lady Bobcats of Jones County for a 5:00 contest.
