Pearl River shuts out Lady Bears

A first-half goal by Lyndsey Lee would be all the visiting Pearl River Lady Wildcats would need as they went on to shut out the Lady Bears 5-0 Friday afternoon in Summit in MACJC South Division soccer action.

The Lady Bears fell to 2-12-2 (1-8 South) with the loss while Pearl River moved to 12-1and 8-1.

The Lady Bears close out the season on October 20 when they host Mississippi Gulf Coast. The match is set to get underway at 2:00.
