After a positive finish in the first event of the season last month, the Bears bounced back Tuesday to finish strong in the second, the Wolf Pack Invitational, placing eighth.

The top finisher for Southwest was Daillon Kryzanowski who finished tied for 14^th, shooting 4-over on both days for a final score of 8-over. Next up was Reece Stallings who shot 10-over, good enough for a tie for 19^th.  

The event was won by Meridian, followed by East Central in second and Hinds in third.

The Bears will return to action on Monday as they head to Briarwood Country Club in Meridian to compete in the Jim Redgate Invitational.
