Following last month's season opener at the Ranger Classic, the Bears entered this week's Northeast Invitational hoping to continue to build. After after two rounds against tough competition, the Bears walked away with a 12^th place finish.

The top finisher for the Bears was Ben Adams who finished +9, good enough for 45^th place.

Meridian won the event followed by Gulf Coast in second and Jones in third.

The Bears return to action on Monday, October 6 at the Jim Redgate Invitational at Briarwood Country Club in Meridian.
