East Central shuts out Lady Bears

East Central took a 2-0 first half lead and went on to defeat the Southwest Lady Bears 3-0 Thursday afternoon in MACJC soccer action. The Lady Bears fell to 0-3 with the loss while East Central climbed to 2-0. Goalie Kendyl Adam had 12 saves for the Lady Bears.
 
The Lady Bears return to action on September 4 when they host arch-rival Co-Lin in their first South Division action of the season. The match is set for a 2:00 start.
