Lady Bears, Lady Bulldogs battle to 0-0 double overtime tie

The Southwest Lady Bears and Gulf Coast Lady Bulldogs battled for 110 minutes though two overtimes Tuesday afternoon in an MACJC South Division soccer match and ended the day where they started, in a 0-0 tie.
 
Southwest keeper Hayley Allen saved all seven Gulf Coast shots on goal, including a penalty kick in the first overtime.
 
The Lady Bears (3-11-1, 2-5-1 South) close out the home portion of their schedule, and will recognize their sophomores, Friday afternoon with a 2:00 South Division match against Jones County.
