Southwest softball season-opener cancelled

Lady Bears will try again today

The Southwest Lady Bears softball team's season-opener against Pensacola State College was cancelled yesterday due to heavy rain in the area. The teams will try again today to get things started with a scheduled 12:00 doubleheader.

Following the games, Southwest will travel to Brewton, AL, where are set to face Jefferson Davis College in a 12:00 twinbill on Saturday.
