Stephon Huderson is in his second season as the running backs coach with the Bears football program. He previously served one year as the running backs coach at Petal High School in 2022.

A Poplarville native, Huderson graduated from Petal High School in December 2016 where he was selected Dandy Dozen and First-Team All-State selection by the Mississippi Association of Coaches.

Post graduation, Huderson attended Tulane University where he earned Phil Steele First Team All-Conference and All-Conference 2nd team Offense honors. During his collegiate career, he played in multiple bowl games: The 2018 Cure Bowl, The 2019 Armed Forces Bowl, The 2020 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

Huderson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations while obtaining a minor in Real Estate and Market Analysis. Following his time at Tulane, Huderson attended McNeese State University and finished with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a concentration in Strategic Communication.
