HIGH SCHOOL: graduate of Leake Academy…scored 1, 406 points & helped her team to an MAIS AA state title & three AAA state titles during her high school career…also during her high school career, she was a three-time All-District honoree, a District MVP, 1st Team All-MAIS, MAIS AAA Player of the Year & MAIS All-Star as well as winning her team’s Hustle, Best Defensive Player, Best Offensive Player & MVP awards…averaged 10.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists 2.6 steals per game as a senior as her team produced a 39-2 record & won the MAIS District 2-AAA, North AAA & state AAA championships & a 2nd Place finish in the MAIS Overall tournament…
PERSONAL: parents are Diana & Liasha Alex & Jimmy Tangle…niece of current Southwest teammate Taylor Ben…her uncle TJ Ben is a former Southwest basketball player…has four brothers-Jalen, Thomas, Aiden & Kobe-& five sisters-Kelsey, Makaylin, Yazzlyn, Lacy & Shaylee…birthdate is October 23, 2000
