Biography

Zay Lowery is a Sophomore defensive lineman for the Bears. He transferred from Jackson State University. He is from West Point, Mississippi and went to West Point High School. His parents are Shun and Gwen Lowery. Zay is majoring in Business Entrepreneurship at Southwest. His high school honors include State Champion, Bernard Blackwell All-Star game, All-State, All-Region, All-District 5A, First Team All-District (x2), DPOY Runner-Up, National Honor Society, Beta Club, Student Government, and Academic Honor Roll. His future plans are to become a lawyer.
